Why invest in team building and team development programs?

I just wanted to send you a quick email to sing your praises.   I was very hesitant to engage in your services as I wasn’t sure as to how you would be able to keep the attention of my 15 team members, many of which have not attended an educational program for many years.  Throughout the day you and Kristen kept everybody involved and were able to get some of my 'introverts' to not only speak up when asked but to participate and provide constructive input into all activities.

The initial response to a teambuilding day (especially being on a Sunday) was a little on the negative side as most believe we already have a close team, but on the day it didn’t take long before the enthusiasm and determination of the team came out. Everybody had a totally enjoyable day and a number of positive suggestions have come from the team already.

Clare came into the Sunshine Beach Flexi School to run her program on personality traits with ten at risk boys as a volunteer. It was extremely successful as she engaged and communicated with them superbly.

I was running an eight week program dealing with issues these boys face and asked Clare to come in and help them understand where their strengths and giftings lie. The response from the whole class was better than I could have hoped for. Considering these young people find it very difficult to concentrate and get involved, the outcome was better than I could have imagined.

I will be always seeking Clare’s services in further endeavours as she has put together a program that brings the best out in people and furthers their belief in themselves. The program was called ‘Strength’, and that’s exactly what she helped to deliver.
